Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Just Jobs mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal and commercial business use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or its included software.

3. Offline Data Storage

The core functionality of the App is based on local-first data storage. All primary data (customer records, jobs, invoices, etc.) is stored in a local SQLite database on your Android device. We do not have remote access to this local data. You are solely responsible for backing up your local data via the in-app export feature.

4. Free and Pro Subscriptions

The App offers a free version with functional limitations (e.g., 10 new records per month) and a Pro subscription that removes limitations and advertisements. Subscription billing is managed by the Google Play Store and is subject to their terms of service.

5. Payment Processing

The App integrates with Stripe Connect for payment processing. This service is provided by Stripe, not by Just Jobs. Your use of Stripe is subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Just Jobs charges a 1% platform fee per successful transaction processed through the Stripe integration, in addition to Stripe's standard fees.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss due to device malfunction or accidental uninstallation. You use the App at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
