How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to have your data deleted from the Just Jobs application and our associated services, please follow the relevant instructions below. We will respond to all deletion requests within 30 days.

1. Local Customer and Business Data (SQLite Database)

The majority of your data (Customer records, Jobs, Invoices, etc.) is stored only on your device within the app's local SQLite database. We, as the developers, do not have access to this data and cannot delete it for you remotely.

Deletion Steps:

  • Uninstall: The fastest way to delete all local data is to simply uninstall the Just Jobs application from your Android device. This action deletes all app files, including the entire local database.
  • In-App Deletion: You can manually delete records (Customers, Jobs, Invoices) using the delete option provided within the app screens.

2. External Data (Payments and Subscriptions)

Some data is processed and stored by third-party services when you use specific features like subscriptions or payment processing.

Deletion Request Process:

To ensure all external data associated with your use of the app is fully deleted, please send an email to our support team at support@justjobsapp.com with the subject line: "External Data Deletion Request."

What we will delete:

  • Stripe Connect Data: We will permanently delete your Connected Stripe Account ID from our system, which severs the connection to your payments platform. You may also need to contact Stripe directly to close your account.
  • RevenueCat/Subscription Data: We will permanently delete the unique user ID associated with your subscription history.
  • AdMob/Analytics Data: We will delete or anonymize any identifiable usage data or advertising IDs collected by Google Analytics and AdMob/Google Play Services.
